The Big Pink live DJ set 11/23/09

The awesome band Big Pink came to town and did a lil' DJ set here before their show at the Larimer Lounge. They purused our used vinyl and spun a pretty dynamic set: Happy Mondays, Dion, Terence Trent D'Arby, Fats Domino, Exodus, Steve Miller, Flying Burrito Brothers, Shangri-las, Billy Idol, Duane Eddy and more. The whole band was on hand, but it was mainly Milo and Robbie who threw down the tunes. Akiko (drummer) managed to sprinkle in some of her metal picks though.
