This Denver band is, in a word, delightful. There are 7 boys in the band, each cuter than a button. Combined they have a sense of humor that rivals no one. None of them play the same instrument throughout their entire live set. Many of them sing, all of them yell along. They'd likely tell you that they sound like Slayer with some Richard Pryor sprinkled in, but think more an energetic Decemberists or a pogo-y Arcade Fire instead. They're playing their CD release party at the Hi-Dive this Saturday, August 12. You should go, if only to see how these guys play that little stage without knocking each other out.
